Membership Levels

We have two membership tiers to best fit your needs! Both include a contribution to the neighborhood landscaping, access or discounted admission to neighborhood events, a seasonal e-newsletter, and access to our directory and Facebook group.

Family: $55

For households with 3 or more people.

Basic: $30

For households with 1-2 people.

how to pay

For your convenience, there are four possible ways to pay for membership dues:

Zelle (NEW THIS YEAR!). Send payment corresponding to your membership tier to [email protected].
Zeffy. Click here to pay online with no fees. Select your membership level, adjust your optional contribution to Zeffy (it can be $0), and pay with your preferred payment method.
Paypal. Select your membership level and click the Pay Now button below. (A payment processing fee is included in the cost.)
Check. Drop off checks, made payable to NCH HOA, at 1937 Coach Dr. (Note: This is a new address from previous years.)
