The Naper Carriage Hill Homeowners Association is committed to improving the lives of our fellow homeowners. The purpose of the association is to act as a resource for important city and neighborhood information as well as to coordinate the numerous social activities throughout the year.
Many NCH traditions have been created for members and are included in your annual dues, such as the Independence Day Bike Parade, Fall Fest, National Night Out, Trunk or Treat, and the Easter Egg Hunt.
Reduced admission to adults-only events such as the NCH Deck Crawl, where we have appetizers, dinner, and dessert at three different houses around the neighborhood.
Annual dues pay for required landscaping by our five Naper Carriage Hill entry signs.
Directory access with members' contact information and a way to look up other child care, pet care, and other services offered by your neighbors.

Membership Levels
NCH Family Member $50
Includes a contribution to the neighborhood landscaping, access or discounted admission to neighborhood events, seasonal newsletter, and access to our directory and Facebook group.
NCH Boomer Member $25
Same benefits as the NCH family, for households age 60+
Membership is open to all homeowners living within the boundaries of the Naper Carriage Hill subdivision.
