Occasionally, realtors contact the NCH HOA Board Members for a letter of paid assessment for the buying/selling of Naper Carriage Hill homes. This letter is completely unnecessary because NCHHOA is strictly a voluntary, non-mandatory, social organization. 

This letter should not be a requirement for the closing process of your real estate transactions. However, we created one and linked it to our website so it can be easily found should buyers/sellers need this to meet the requirements of your attorney and/or title company.

The NCH HOA is voluntary and there are no assessments required or governing documents or budget where we, the association, has first right of refusal.

NCHHOA Paid Assessment Letter
