Occasionally, realtors reach out to the NCHHOA Board Members for a letter of paid assessment for the buying/selling of Naper Carriage Hill homes. This letter is completely unnecessary because NCHHOA is strictly a voluntary, non-mandatory, social organization. This letter should not be a requirement for the closing process of your real estate transactions. However, we created one and linked it to our website so it can be easily found should buyers/sellers need this to meet the requirements of your attorney and/or title company.

The NCHHOA is voluntary and there are no assessments required or governing documents or budget where we, the association, has first right of refusal.
