About our Naper Carriage Hill Homeowners Association 

  • Our network is approximately 135 households
  • The purpose of the association is to act as a resource for important city and neighborhood information as well as to coordinate the numerous social activities throughout the year.
  • Membership is open to all homeowners living within the boundaries of the Naper Carriage Hill Subdivision. As a member, you will receive email updates throughout the year, the membership directory, access to our members-only Facebook groupand can attend many members-only social events.

If you are interested in advertising in our printed annual membership directory, please fill out the form below. If you have any questions, contact [email protected]. Our directory comes out every fall (before the Holiday shopping season) and is distributed to numerous households here in our Naper Carriage Hill subdivision. Deadline to participate in directory advertising is September 30th.

2017 Newsletters-

They're back! We are bringing back newsletters and will be mailing out a Summer Newsletter which will have new information about the board, upcoming events, a calendar and an opportunity to highlight your company or home based business.

Our spring and winter newsletter will be distributed to each household in the NCHHOA e-mail distribution list and posted on our website. Future newsletters will be passed out in May, August, and January.

FAQ Deadlines for 2017 Newsletters

    1. Spring- Deadline is April 30th as distribution is May
    2. Summer- Deadline is July 15th as distribution is August
    3. Fall- Deadline is December 10th as distribution is January
         -The board is going to discuss at our next board meeting the Fall Newsletter timeline and deadlines on December 19, 2016.
